Call Logs

Supervisor will be able to filter and see the call log for all agents under the account. If agent is logged in then he can see his call logs.

The Call log can be viewed on type of call, incoming call, outgoing call, abandoned calls. Call log would display, Datetime, From, To, Duration, Hangup Cause and call recording.

Supervisor/ Agent can listen to the call recordings from the call logs.
