Analytics

Admin has access to quantitative reports about calls including call time, duration, originator of the call, call type and so on.

Select User

To get call report of all the users at once, ALL should be selected from the dropdown. In order to get call report about individual user, the name of the user should be selected.

Filter by date range

Click Filter button after selecting user and entering date range(From and To dates). The summary of the calls will be displayed in two methods.
1. Table: Displays the count of Inbound, Missed, Outbound and Extension Call
2. Chart: Displays count and type of calls in graphical manner
In depth details of calls can be obtained by clicking on the call type (eg: Inbound, missed). When clicked, a page will be displayed which shows call details including Date, from, To, Duration and hang-up reason.

Filter by Call type

Gives summary of calls based on Call type. Click Filter button after selecting Call type.
Incoming Calls: Information about Phone Number of the remote caller, Call duration, and Count of the calls will be displayed in a tabular column.
Outgoing calls: Information about Phone Number of the receiver, Call duration, and Count of the calls will be displayed in a tabular column.
International calls: Information about Phone Number of remote caller/receiver, Call duration, and Count of the calls will be displayed in a tabular column.
Extension calls: Information about Extension of the remote caller/receiver, Call duration, and Count of the calls will be displayed in a tabular column.
